FULL-TIME PAINTING LABORER / HELPER.

Bradford Painting, LLC — We're Hiring!

Looking for a job where you can learn a skilled trade, make good money, and have room to move up?

Bradford Painting, LLC is growing, and we're looking for hardworking, dependable people who want to work. We're hiring full-time Painting Laborers and Helpers, and we will train the right person.

You don't need years of painting experience. What matters most is that you show up, work hard, listen, learn, and take pride in what you do.

If you're looking for an opportunity—not just another paycheck—this could be a great fit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You'll work alongside our experienced painting crew on residential and commercial projects, learning the trade while helping get the job done.

Your responsibilities may include:

Preparing surfaces by scraping, sanding, caulking, cleaning, and masking
Protecting floors, furniture, and finished surfaces
Brushing and rolling paint
Learning professional spraying techniques
Setting up and cleaning up jobsites
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Working from ladders and lifts
Keeping the jobsite clean and organized
Assisting experienced painters with all aspects of the project
Learning how to properly complete professional-quality painting work

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We can teach you how to paint. We can't teach you to care about your job.

We're looking for people who:

Show up on time and ready to work.
Are dependable and consistent.
Have a strong work ethic.
Are willing to learn.
Take direction and work well with a crew.
Pay attention to detail.
Take pride in producing quality work.
Can handle physical work throughout the day.
Want to develop a skilled trade and advance.

Painting, construction, remodeling, or general labor experience is a plus—but not required.

PAY:

Pay is based on experience and demonstrated skill.

We are willing to train the right person and provide opportunities to increase your pay as your skills and responsibilities increase.

Experienced painters and candidates with proven construction skills may qualify for higher starting pay.

THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE:

This is a hands-on job. You'll be on your feet, working with your hands, climbing ladders, moving materials, and working hard.

We're not looking for someone who needs to be constantly reminded to work.

If you're dependable, motivated, and willing to learn, we'll invest in you.

WHY BRADFORD PAINTING?:

We're a growing painting company with opportunities for people who want to advance.

Start as a helper. Learn the trade. Build your skills. Take on more responsibility. Your ability to grow with the company is up to you.

We want to build a team of people we can count on—not just fill positions.

APPLY TODAY:

If you're ready to work, ready to learn, and want the opportunity to build a career in the painting industry, apply today.

Bradford Painting, LLC is looking for people who want to work—and we're willing to give the right people an opportunity.
