WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You'll work alongside our experienced painting crew on residential and commercial projects, learning the trade while helping get the job done.

Your responsibilities may include:

Preparing surfaces by scraping, sanding, caulking, cleaning, and masking
Protecting floors, furniture, and finished surfaces
Brushing and rolling paint
Learning professional spraying techniques
Setting up and cleaning up jobsites
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Working from ladders and lifts
Keeping the jobsite clean and organized
Assisting experienced painters with all aspects of the project
Learning how to properly complete professional-quality painting work

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Painting, construction, remodeling, or general labor experience is a plus—but not required.

PAY:

Pay is based on experience and demonstrated skill.

We are willing to train the right person and provide opportunities to increase your pay as your skills and responsibilities increase.

Experienced painters and candidates with proven construction skills may qualify for higher starting pay.

THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE:

This is a hands-on job. You'll be on your feet, working with your hands, climbing ladders, moving materials, and working hard.

We're not looking for someone who needs to be constantly reminded to work.
