About the Job
Bradford Painting, LLC is looking to add 2–3 experienced painters to our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial painting projects and are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and show up ready to perform.
Responsibilities:
- Prep surfaces including washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming.
- Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brush, roller, and sprayer.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites.
- Follow project specifications and quality standards.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Verifiable painting experience (interior and/or exterior).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding).
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with spray equipment.
- Experience with commercial projects.
- Familiarity with Sherwin-Williams products.

About Bradford Painting, LLC
Our company is built on our fantastic customer referrals and retention for repeat business. I started in this trade in 2012. I was selling newspaper subscriptions door-to-door trying to provide for my family making nothing but commissions. The winter months were especially tough, so I decided to make a change and started working with a paint crew. I started Bradford Painting in March of 2015 in Akron, OH area before relocating to the Dover area.
